Clinical Supervision

A reflective space for therapists and counsellors

Clinical supervision

Clinical supervision offers a collaborative, steady space to support clarity, confidence, and ongoing professional development.

Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, supervision provides space to think, reflect, and deepen your understanding of your work.

What supervision can support

Supervision provides space to explore:

  • client dynamics
  • attachment patterns
  • relational processes
  • ethical considerations
  • the impact of the work on you as a practitioner
  • professional growth and development

The work is collaborative, reflective, and supportive.

Sessions

60 minutes – £70

90 minutes – £100

What supervision can support

Supervision provides space to explore:

  • client dynamics
  • attachment patterns
  • relational processes
  • ethical considerations
  • the impact of the work on you as a practitioner
  • professional growth and development

The work is collaborative, reflective, and supportive.

You may find that:
  • communication quickly becomes reactive
  • you feel distant from one another
  • the same arguments keep repeating
  • you struggle to feel understood
  • trust has been impacted
  • you want more connection but don't know how to get there

Couples often come to therapy because something feels stuck.

Sometimes there has been a specific event. Other times, the distance has developed gradually over time.

Therapy creates space to slow things down and understand what is happening beneath the surface.

Sessions

  • 60 minutes – £85
  • 90 minutes – £125

What supervision feels like

My intention is to offer a space that is:

  • collaborative
  • reflective
  • supportive
  • grounded
  • curious
  • ethically informed
  • Together we can explore both clinical practice and the wider impact of therapeutic work.

Professional experience

Alongside my private practice, I work with Pegasus Men's Wellbeing Charity, supporting individuals within their Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence services.

I also offer affiliate counselling with a Bereavement Charity.

This work has given me extensive experience supporting people through crisis, transition, and long-term emotional recovery.

If you're considering supervision

Whether you are looking for regular supervision or exploring a new supervisory relationship, you're welcome to reach out for an initial conversation.

It's an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
