Therapy, Couples Counselling & Clinical Supervision

I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy, couples therapy, and clinical supervision, both in-person in Central Bristol and online across the UK.

My work is attachment-focused and trauma-informed, supporting people who are living with the impact of developmental trauma, emotional neglect, and difficult or painful relational experiences.

Many people come to therapy not because of a single event, but because of long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift: in relationships, in emotional responses, or in how they see themselves.

Bristol and online

I work with individuals, couples, and therapists in supervision, using an attachment-focused and trauma-informed approach.

Sessions are 50 minutes and £70, offered online across the UK and in person in Bristol.

Individual Therapy

I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, and the lasting impact of developmental trauma and emotional neglect.

Together, we explore how early relational experiences may be shaping how you feel, cope, and connect today. Alongside talking therapy, I may integrate somatic awareness and Parts Work where helpful, supporting a deeper understanding of both emotional and bodily responses.

Sessions are 60 minutes (£85) or 90 minutes (£125). Offered online across the UK.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to pause and understand what is happening between you when communication feels stuck, reactive, or distant.

Rather than focusing on blame, we explore the relational patterns that develop between partners and how each person experiences the relationship.

This work is attachment-focused, helping you understand underlying needs, emotional responses, and the ways you both move towards or away from connection.

Sessions are 1 hour (£70) or 90 minutes (£100), online and in person across the UK.

Clinical Supervision

We explore client dynamics, attachment patterns, relational processes, and the impact of the work on you as a practitioner.

It is a collaborative and steady space to support clarity, confidence, and ongoing professional development.

I am currently completing Level 7 Attachment-Focused Psychotherapeutic training in Couples Counselling and Supervision, which informs my supervisory approach.

Trauma Processing Approaches

My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is integrative, which means I have the flexibility to draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches that best suit your unique needs and goals, this may be:

Talking therapy, to explore how past experiences are influencing your thoughts, feelings or behaviour in the present.

Somatic approaches, helping you notice how stress and trauma may live in the body - often outside of our conscious awareness.

Parts Work, gently exploring the different inner voices or "parts" of you that may be stuck in old roles or trying to protect you in old ways that once worked, but no longer serve you well.

You don't need to come with all the answers. I will meet you with warmth, curiosity and compassion, helping you make sense of what's beneath the surface, what you are carrying and reconnect with the authentic parts of you that may have been silenced, shamed or forgotten along the way.

As a trauma and Polyvagal-informed practitioner I will provide psychoeducation that will empower you throughout your recovery as it is helpful for you to understand why you feel and act the way you do, in a de-shaming way. I will teach you stabilisation techniques for an internal sense of safety and to use when you may find yourself activated and anxious, or shutdown and depressed. I will not be directive, as the nature of trauma is the loss of power and control, and I believe you need to feel in control of your recovery. By tailoring our sessions to your specific requirements, we can navigate your therapeutic journey in a way that resonates with you.
