We explore how early relational experiences may be shaping how you feel, cope, and connect today.

You may be experiencing:
You may arrive in counselling with experiences that feel distressing or hard to manage, such as grief, childhood trauma, anxiety, stress, low mood, or low self-worth.
Together, we take time to gently explore these experiences, creating space for you to understand yourself and your patterns with greater clarity and compassion.
We look at:
• your emotional experiences: how you make sense of them
• the relational or behavioural patterns that feel stuck or repetitive
• the ways your past may still be shaping your present
A central part of this work is the therapeutic relationship itself, a space where you can feel seen, heard, and met with consistency and respect, often in ways that may not have been available earlier in life.

Individual Therapy:
I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, and the lasting impact of developmental trauma and emotional neglect.- Together, we explore how early relational experiences may be shaping how you feel, cope, and connect today. Alongside talking therapy, I may integrate somatic awareness and Parts Work to support a deeper understanding of both emotional and bodily responses.
